錯誤訊息：Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

解決方法一：下載微軟的修復工具 http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9775756 即可解決

解決方法二：

用記事本建立一個 *.vbs 的檔案，然後用系統管理者身分執行 cmd.exe 接著執行這個 *.vbs 即可解決

*.vbs 內容為：
